Paper: Fulfilling Descriptor 4 of UKPSF: 24 years of sustained strategic leadership in academic practice and academic development through ‘Tentacular Pedagogy‘. Outlines  ‘tentacular pedagogy’, which highlights the need for HE to learn with and from marginalised communities excluded from HE. Draws on findings from my SFHEA (2016) which proposed a practice-led public-facing approach of ‘productive antagonisms’, key of which are creative live problem-based projects with the industry and society. PFHEA will enable mentoring of peers in and beyond the Department of Art and Performance as the first with qualification.

• 2018: Passed (or failed?) Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in adults (DIVA). Declared top 5% within 3% of adult population with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Examination by a Professor of Psychiatry
• 2018: Mental Health First Aid Certification, King’s College London.
• 2016: Senior Fellowship, Advance HE (SFHEA) PR099243. Paper: Productive Antagonisms: Working with and Through Difference. A Student-Centred Teaching Approach Via Practice-Based Research and Live Projects.
• 2015: Passed (or failed?) Specific Learning Difficulty assessments. Declared to have dyslexia, ADHD and dyspraxia by a Specific Learning Difficulty tutor. (A belated evaluation, as my family background could not afford access to diagnosis. Even if I did, I would not have had the privilege to be out about being neurodivergent – hence the advocacy work today)
• 2013: Associate Fellowship, Advance HE (AFHEA) PR061725. Paper: Teacher on Co-Runner: A teaching approach for post-graduate art that celebrates the dynamic practice-theory interplay.
